I have on occasion used instrumental music to help me fall asleep when I need it to relax me and drown out neighbors at the same time. I listen to guitar, piano, sax, and even a cd of native american music for those purposes.

The Yanni piece you picked is very pretty and pleasantly relaxing.ChicagoLadyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02023674166511200133noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8128084663375627150.post-60235291503737630352011-05-26T14:24:51.805-04:002011-05-26T14:24:51.805-04:00Yanni is great. Also, nature sounds (like dolphins, whales, and that kind of thing).

I did fall asleep listening to "Jim Brickman - Little Stars" a few times lately though, so I guess I'll go with that one.

(And, should Torizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04965005679599352165noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8128084663375627150.post-49834966663603120832011-05-26T07:35:47.461-04:002011-05-26T07:35:47.461-04:00That's a pretty piece.
