Got this from over at Jeannie's Blog yesterday. Considering the number of moves I've made (4 being between of the out of state variety) and the traveling to visit family or friends, I knew it had been alot...but WOW.
A few of my friends here have heard me stream before and the running joke was to never ask where I was from but instead ask where I was at. Why? Because where I'm from is a freakin long story. I grew up in New York, but I've also lived (lived as being existing in the state for a minimum of 9 months or longer) in Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Texas and now Virginia. In 2003, there was the Great Escape and I traveled to Indiana, California, Florida and South Carolina. Knowing my bladder (the size of a mustard seed, I swear!)....every state in between any of those points I more than likely stopped for more than 20 minutes in (and knowing me...maybe more than one stop) , so technically that's a visit, right?
visited 31 states (62%)
Create your own visited map of The United States or vertaling nederlands duits?
Ignore that last link. Ain't nothing worth seeing but considering this map isn't my work, the only nice thing to do is leave the coding alone.

Holy cow. You should totally try to visit the rest of the states!
LOL about you bladder. Jopete used to always say I had a bladder the size of a pea. So you've got me beat.
I did this too (thank you Jeannie) and will post it next week. You've been to 2% more states than I have (I think mine was 60%...)
Fun stuff isn't it.
Oh, you've just visited a few places then? ;)
That's a pretty cool map. (never been to Delaware?) I added quite a few more states to my list this summer. I should try this out sometime. I've been to all of the New England states at some point in my life but you got me beat on the western states.
Hope you're having a good day today. It's a beautiful day here in northeastern Pennsylvania.
Oh...by the way...some day I'm gonna do a blog post on rest stops. I've stopped at lots and lots. :)
Good ol' Alice "Rest Stop" Kay...
:) Ya'll got to get further north iffen youse want to see snow in the amounts that will make ya happy.
I can help you fill in that Michigan spot! :)
You aren't missing much in Minnesota or Wisconsin (no offense if you are from there Readers; I have BAD memories!!), but New England is a MUST!!!
I'll go with you there and you can show me around Cali! Deal??
I just checked my total out, 25 states, 50%. But I didn't include Georgia or N. Carolina, because both of those states were strictly spent at an airport. I could include MO too, since technically I've been through two corners of the state...a few times from IA to KS, and once to/from IL/TN.
Still a lot of states I haven't been to. Don't mind Jeannie, there are a lot of nice things to see in WI and MN, just make sure you go in the summer. Unlike now, when it probably won't hit 70F this weekend.
