Again, I dont feel bad about the poor showing on the bike as this was day one on tension setting 3. In another 5 months, I'll have the tension settings maxed out. After a month at level 8, I plan on increasing the time spent on the bike....maybe add another riding session?
I was in the blogs earlier and iggy's entry reminded me that I had taken to reading a new blog and I thought ya'll may enjoy it as well. The link is:

I love that link! I'm a new follower! I know of one license plate that's in my parking garage at work...
Oh.. she is getting tenser and tenser.. she's gonna be being going so fast someday she'll acheive warp speeds!!
I wish we could just get willy nilly number plates over here, you can buy license plates that are called personal plates but NO you cant just make up anything, it has had to of been a real registration when the car was made...
me matie sharkie that I visited last year is a solicitor and he had SUE ME for his plate lol.... and on his other car it was PAY UP lmfao....
I would just like one with MEL on it.... ours have to be a combination of letters and numbers, the letters depict WHERE the car was registered and then numbers the years...

Cool site and congrats on moving that tension up a notch. That is just as important as duration and you are doing both. You rock!
Way to go on the bike riding! Maybe once you get so it's too easy on level 8 you can buy a real bike and go for a ride? Just a thought. :)
