I'm gonna be a bum and not walk today - its raining pretty good and I'm not up to dealing with the traffic getting to (and in) the Mall.

I see your numbers and I don't know why but they remind me of the PE teacher I had way back in Elementary school - would put on a record and turn it up full blast... If you want to hear it go here You Tube Video and Song This was a outshoot of John F Kennedy's fitness in schools program....

Way to go Styxie!!!!!! I had to go listen to the Chicken Fat Song - I had never heard it before and.... I never want to hear it again lol. Maybe that song was a regional thing?
